Sunnyvale Holiday Park is a holiday caravan park for the use of static caravans.

Access is reasonable with the park being split between two fields. The reception area has level access, as there are no steps to the main door.
The grounds that incorporate the static caravans has a tarmac road encircling it with several gentle integral speed ramps. Access to the static caravans is by steps with handrails ranging from 2 - 4 tread depending upon its location, there is also a selection of holiday homes in which have wooden decked ramps. However, due to the caravan’s manufacture, no access is available within for wheelchairs as the width of corridors would not be sufficient to accommodate them.

The laundry area has 1 step to access the space, but washing machines and tumble dryers are at standard heights. 
The clubhouse, games room and bar are accessible for wheelchairs and has a disabled toilet on the same level with toilet and hand basin offering a good height level for the wash basin and with a raised seat on the toilet. Access to laundry room would also be available to wheelchair users but washing machines, tumble dryers and hand washing sink are at standard heights.

Mobile phone reception is usually very good for Vodafone and EE networks.
Train and Bus stations are situated at Tenby, 4 miles from site and Saundersfoot 1 mile from site, the nearest bus stop is by site entrance.
