HOW DOES QUARTA CO-OWNERSHIP WORK?

Each Co-Owner becomes a member who will control an equal Share of the Company and therefore an equal share of the holiday home. They each pay an equal share of the annual fees to Quarta Lodges. Each Co-Owner is entitled to equal use of the holiday home. The Peak Holiday periods are rotated equally between Co-Owners with each having a share of the best weeks every year and the best weeks are rotated every four years. Weeks can be swapped through Quarta Lodges Booking System.
