Check-in is from 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
Yes – pets are welcome in our pet-friendly caravans only. They must be kept on a lead, not left unattended, and are not allowed in the pool areas.
Well behaved dogs are welcome in our clubhouse.
There is a charge of £49 per week (or part week) per pet. A maximum of 2 pets per caravan applies.
If pets are found in non-pet accommodation, an £80 deep cleaning fee will be charged.
Most caravans include bedding and linen. However, Cedar and Beech class caravans do not. You can bring your own or hire bedding for £15 per bed.
Towels are only provided in our Brampton Lodge and The Apartment accommodations.
Yes – we have an indoor swimming pool and a seasonal programme of live entertainment, bingo, and family activities in the clubhouse. T&C's may apply.
Your deposit is forfeited, or you can move your holiday to another date.
A £25 admin charge will apply.
If the holiday is more expensive, you would just pay the difference.
Accommodation
We offer a variety of static caravans, lodges, bungalows, and detached cottages to suit all group sizes and budgets – including dog-friendly and hot tub options.
Yes, all accommodation have central heating. Wi-Fi is pay-as-you-go and available on request from reception.
Yes – typically a 2-night minimum applies. This may vary in peak times or under special offers.
Yes – cots and high chairs are available to hire at £20 per week. Please request them at booking or reception.
Most units have nearby or adjacent parking. Additional spaces are available throughout the park, these are charged at £5 per night. We do reccomend reserving additional parking spaces in advance.

Yes – a £75 deposit per week secures your booking.
Full payment is due 8 weeks before arrival.
We accept all major debit and credit cards including Visa and Mastercard. Unfortunately we don't accept AMEX.

The pool is open during the main holiday season, from February Half Term to January 2nd.

Accessibility
Some units have ramps for easier access, but internal wheelchair access is limited. Please contact us to discuss your requirements before booking.
Yes – the park has a tarmac road, level access to reception, and disabled facilities in the clubhouse. Accommodation suitability depends on the needs of the customer. Please contact us to discuss befor booking.
Families & Children
Yes – there’s a children’s play area and seasonal family entertainment, and of course our indoor heated swimming pool.
